As a participant in this programme, Groundwork UK and its Trusts listed above are required to collect and store your information.
We will hold your personal details and any sensitive information you provide to us when completing the survey with your Green Doctor.
We believe that for the purpose of delivering the programme and service to you, processing is justified on the basis of a Contract (Green Doctor visit); except for where you choose to:

These details will be stored securely and retained until 28th February 2028. This information will only be used for the evaluation of this project and for reporting to the Energy Saving Trust for monitoring purposes. Any of the above organisations or agencies may use your information for that purpose. We may also use your details for communication and marketing purposes if you have opted to do so on the form. Data is held in electronically on our Zoho management information system. Zoho store all data under contract in the EU (Amsterdam, Netherlands, Interxion and Dublin, Ireland, Equinix) based data centres.
