Energising Communities is an energy efficiency programme that aims to deliver energy saving advice and support to the most vulnerable households to help tackle fuel poverty.

The programme is funded by Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme: www.energyredress.org.uk

This support is provided by Groundwork’s Green Doctors.

Green Doctors

Groundwork is a charity working locally and nationally to transform lives in the UK’s most disadvantaged communities. Our Green Doctors are experts who give homes a ‘check-up’. They offer energy saving advice and provide other things to help keep your home warmer.

We can also help you to get the lowest price for your electricity and gas, and if you have a debt with an energy company, we may even be able to help you pay these off.

We’re on your side

We started the Green Doctor service because we hate waste, especially when it costs people money. Making your home cheaper to heat and reducing the amount of electricity or gas you use makes sense for you, the planet and your bills!

In addition to Energising Communities, Groundwork’s Green Doctors are supporting people across the UK through other schemes. Find out more about Green Doctor across the UK:
